Ok, then site hasn't been updated in QUITE SOME TIME, but never fear! It's back!
Since I last updated, quite a lot has gone on it the Gamecube world, and I have acquired quite a few new games, including Fifa 2003, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 and Timesplitters 2, which hopefully I will soon be writing reviews for. All 9 of them! Ahh!
Also, we have another new staff member! Lolkie Misato has joined our band of gamers to help out with the site. Check the GRTN staff profiles page to check about her.

Sorry there's been no updates for ages, but there hasn't been much to say. It's been quiet on the Nintendo front. But finally some stuff has come up. Firstly, I got Sonic Adventure 2:Battle a week ago, so I'm gonna have a review ready for you all in the next few days. Watch out for that. Secondly, Joe, GRTN staff member extrordinare is going to THE GAMES MATRIX is London this weekend (5-6 Oct) and so will have loads of new Gamecube news for us! That's gonna be something to wait for. Finally, all the charts will be updated in the next week or so - Game Index, Top 10 etc. So loads is going on in the next few weeks. Keep 'em peeled!

Very bad news. Nintendo have sold Rare to Microsoft. Not such a good move in my opinion. This'll probably mean that the next Perfect Dark won't be coming to Gamecube, along with many other highly anticipated games like Kameo:Elements of Power. We'll keep you informed, but it's not looking good.
A new feature will be coming to the site - Second Opinions. Some of the reviewers for the site are reviewing the same game, which means we have two reviews for one game. So now both reviews will be shown - but one will be called the 'Second Opinion'. It won't give the game a rating, but will still give a detailed review - meaning you can see more than one person's opinion of the game! That should help you all out.

The News Page is no more - all big news will appear RIGHT HERE. Hopefully this will make it a lot simpler to see the latest Ninty news.
Listen to this - Starfox Adventures: Dinosaur Planet will be on TWO GAMECUBE DISCS!!!!! With over 80 HOURS OF GAMEPLAY!!!! That'll be a game to look forward to - and its coming out in November, so we'll have a review on the site as soon as possible!

We're back! Have you tried the Z button trick yet? NO? Well do it! And also try turning the Gamecube on with ALL FOUR Z BUTTONS PRESSED DOWN on all four controllers. It's amusing to say the least...
OK, the top 10 page will be fixed up in the next few days, and a new page, listing games which we can give SPECIAL HELP with will be coming soon too. Maybe by then I will have thought of a better name than Special Help...

Right, day before I go, so I decided to put the new import review page on after all - but no reviews. Sorry.
Something to make up for it though. After I come back, I am going to start a Gamecube Bugs, Glitches and Rumours Page. To start you off, here i a great little thing to do when you turn on your Gamecube - Wolfe told me about this.
WHEN YOU TURN ON YOUR GAMECUBE, KEEP THE Z BUTTON PRESSED DOWN, AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS! Good old Nintendo - always hiding little bits and bobs everywhere.

We've had some problems recently about the site, meaning I couldn't edit it. Sorry about that! But we're back again - for a day. Because unfortunately, I'm going on holiday for two weeks. So unless there is a Internet Cafe there, there will be no updates for two weeks. So sorry again.
But before I go, I have LOADS of stuff I put on the site. Firstly, the new Gamecube Top 10s page. It does what it says on the... page. Also, I just finished writing a Burnout review. Read it now. New staff member Wolfe Masters has also written an IMPORT REVIEW of Eternal Darkness. Unfortunately, I'm going to put it in a special Import Reviews page, but I can't do it now (no time!) so I'll do it after (or during) my holiday.

Like the new GRTN logo? Thought you wouldn't. It's my first attempt and, well....... it's cel-shaded. Isn't that good? THINK YOU COULD DO BETTER, HEY? COME ON THEN!!!... Ok, e-mail us a better logo than this, and if its good, we'll use it - plus, your name will adorn it. Got that? Bring it on then.

We now have a GRTN message board! After becoming a member of the message board, you will receive regular updates and news about the site, telling you about new features which would interest you. You can also start discussions about topics of your choice, or contribute to an on-going conversation. At the moment, discussions about Zelda GC and the message board are going on - put your points across! Go to http://groups.msn.com/grtn to check the new message board out!
After joining the GRTN message board, members can:
1) Check the GRTN calendar for future release dates and important dates
2) Download files and pictures, and upload your own
3) Contribute to on-going discussions
and loads more!

Check out the news page to see the new Gamecube keyboard! It'll be used with Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1 & 2 - but will it's life expire at that point, or will the board be used with other games? Only time will tell - and maybe cash.

NEW PAGE! The downloads page is now up and running. It only has one download at the moment... it's a screensaver. Don't worry, though - there will be many more downloads to come. Watch this space.

As soon as I have mentioned it, it's here! Joe finished 'The History of Nintendo' and it's brilliant! Reading through it, there was loads of stuff about Nintendo that I didn't even know! Get there right away!
